Jamila Harris, a seasoned Instructional Designer at the Veterans Health Administration’s Institute for Learning, Education and Development, brings nearly 15 years of expertise in national training programs and VISN level initiatives. Aside from her leadership work in veterans affairs, she recently earned a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification.
